I went to a first ten-day Vipassana initiation in 2010 and committed to that specific meditational tool for a couple of years. The journey has now taken me to Qi gong and learning treasures of Chinese Traditional Medicine. These are extraordinary ways I am discovering, of understanding and living the body.
