Monthly evening sessions
No dancing experience required, only your openness to moving your body. This could also be called a practice of movement meditation.
We dance barefoot or with soft soles if you need to wear shoes. Dress comfortably for the session.

Bi-weekly morning dance sessions for families
This session is intended for families but also simply anyone who would like an intergenerational dance. All ages welcome.
