My sitting practice is based on Vipassana meditation.
I also enjoy Wuji as a part of my Qi gong practice, and I have been taught specific techniques from the Theravada lineage during a stay at a Thai monastery. I am not an expert in any of these techniques and wisdom lineages. I am an expert in what I have experienced and integrated, and that is what I am to offer.
